Ts'itsatna is the Kenaitze word for ancestors. Our online collection is a tribute to them—a comprehensive collection of material that document the rich and vibrant culture, traditions and language of Dena’ina.

Only Tribal members may view some of our records. Students and researchers who need additional information or access to private records should contact Dana Verrengia, Tribal Archivist, at dverrengia@kenaitze.org for assistance.

Kenaitze Tribal members interested in accessing their family’s records, setting up an individual family file (Where you can restrict the use of your records, photographs, etc.) or researching their family’s lineage should also contact the Tribal Archivist.
